Fabio M. Bari
Fabio Bari is a full-time real estate investor with a proven track record in property acquisition, management, and growth. As a General Partner on nine properties, Fabio oversees the operations of more than 200 residential and commercial units. He is committed to ensuring optimal performance and value creation for investors, tenants, and communities alike. Fabio graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Bocconi University.
Kyle W. DeGasperis
Kyle DeGasperis is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. He has been with the firm for 13 years, working in Futures & OTC Clearing. He is now the Head of Hedge Fund Sales for the Cleared Derivatives Business, responsible for origination and relationship management for the firm’s largest hedge fund clients.
Kyle graduated from Drew University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance.
Michele R. Scotto
Michele Scotto is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Villa Restaurant Group, a global organization with over 150 restaurants across a portfolio of 20 proprietary and leading partner brands. Having been with the company since 2016, Michele’s responsibilities include overseeing several corporate teams, raising capital (debt & equity), as well as serving as a member of VRG’s Leadership Team.
Prior to joining VRG, Michele spent ten years working in the hedge fund industry where his career evolved from accounting, to trading, to strategic fund launch planning and execution.
Michele graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration.
